Quality Assurance Specialist

Salary: £41,361+ depending on skills and experience
Job Summary:
As a Quality Engineer at BAE Systems, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits, supporting non-conformance management, and contributing to team meetings and working groups. You will also be responsible for producing written reports and presentations ensuring accuracy and clarity of meaning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits and support non-conformance management.
- Contribute to team meetings and working groups.
- Produce written reports and presentations.
- Support the delivery of results via continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:
- Understanding and application of any of the following standards; ISO 9001/ EN9100, Part 145, Part M, 55001, NADCAP.
- Understanding of Business Management Systems.
- The ability to interpret specifications and procedures.
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies; Fishbone, 5 Why, relationship diagrams, six sigma etc.
