Our client, a leading aviation company, is seeking an experienced Electrical QC Inspector to join their team on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the quality of deliverable hardware by conducting thorough inspections and examinations.
  • Verify correct assembly, including electrical connections, and inspect the finish of all parts for defects.
  • Perform intermediate inspection checks for non-product certification activities and monitor operators within the product certification scheme.
  • Check, complete, and certify all paperwork associated with the manufacturing data pack.
  • Raise and maintain relevant data records and non-conformance reports.
  • Produce inspection and quality control documentation, including history sheets.
  • Care for and use specialized inspection tools.
  • Ensure compliance with all associated procedures applicable to the manufacturing process.
  • Meet inspection times and maintain high workmanship standards and product quality.
  • Maintain a good housekeeping policy.
Requirements:
  • Formal technical engineering or craft apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21 or HNC.
  • Approved apprenticeship framework or vocational G or H units with further education.
