Job Description

As a key member of the K3 Capital Group Plc team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across various business sectors. Your role will involve qualifying and scheduling appointments for our outbound sales teams, ensuring a high level of productivity and conversion rates. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Qualify and schedule appointments for our outbound sales teams, ensuring a high level of productivity and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient coordination of client interactions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments using our comprehensive CRM system.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our services and offerings to clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines and manage competing demands.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry, with knowledge of sales processes and client relationship management.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and adaptability to changing priorities.
