Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Inbound Sales & Client Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key point of contact for clients looking to sell, you'll be responsible for building relationships, qualifying appointments, and ensuring strong conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Speak with clients, expand on services, provide guidance on the business sale process, and keep them informed of relevant completions in their sector.
- Appointment Management: Work with internal teams to qualify potential appointments, minimize cancellations, and maintain diary levels.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, managing sensitive conversations with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to have open conversations with anyone.
- Diary Management: Experience in managing diaries within an appointment setting environment for external and internal customers.
- B2B Sales: Working or experienced in B2B sales, able to build relationships, and manage sensitive conversations.
Benefits:
- Salary: £25k-£27k basic salary, with uncapped commission structure offering on-target earnings of £40k+.
