Business Sales Development Manager

K3 Capital Group Plc, a leading business sales broker, provides a comprehensive nationwide service to business owners looking to sell.
As part of the group, we're headquartered in Bolton and are experiencing rapid growth.
We're currently seeking a highly skilled Business Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team. Our company prides itself on a great diverse culture, offering a fun and rewarding workplace.
The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients who are looking to sell businesses across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities include building relationships with Clients (small business owners), expanding services offered by Knightsbridge Commercial, and advising on the business sale process.
The ideal candidate will have brilliant communication skills, experience in managing diaries within an appointment setting environment, and working in or having experience in B2B sales.
The salary range is approximately £25-£30 per hour, depending on experience, with uncapped commission structure potentially reaching up to £45k annually.
Benefits include a 3pm finish on Fridays, no weekends or evenings work, Christmas Shutdown period, and charity events.
