Bid Winning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Drive client account management best practice across regions and key client interfaces, gathering intelligence and providing clear goals aligned with business strategy.
- Capture Planning: Undertake pre-bid positioning using established capture planning tools, working with the business to drive effective actions to improve position based on clear actions and defined win strategy.
- Bid Team Leadership: Form and lead bid teams in creation and execution of bid strategy, transitioning pre-bid planning into effective bid resource, facilitating kick off meetings, running answer planning sessions, creating and implementing programme management, promoting collaborative behaviours, and capturing lessons learnt.
- Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor bid teams on aspects such as capture planning, strategy creation, answer planning, and bid writing.
Requirements:
- APMP Foundation Level: Mandatory
- Practitioner Level: Desired
- Senior Stakeholder Management: Executive level relationship management, gaining buy-in, drawing on influence, and benefiting from experience/wider business view.
