Job Summary:

Bid Solutions is a leading civil engineering firm seeking a highly skilled Bid Document Manager to oversee the preparation and production of PQQ and Tender submissions. As Bid Document Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Submissions and Bid Managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of bids.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex PQQs, ensuring compliance with work winning processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop non-technical written responses for submissions.
  • Support briefings and progress meetings, keeping detailed records of actions agreed upon for each bid.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including references, case studies, and project experience.
  • Assist contributors in content development and responses, providing feedback on coordination and collation of information.
  • Manage document management systems, maintaining complete records of submissions for future review or scrutiny.
  • Coordinate final publications and collaborations with the team to deliver bids to clients on time.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • At least two years of experience working in a bidding or similar environment.
  • Strong administration skills, with good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Prior experience working within the bidding or similar process is essential.
  • Proficiency in software packages like Microsoft and Adobe, with creative experience in graphic image design.
  • IT literacy and confidence, particularly in MS Office software (e.g., Word).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
Estimated Salary:

£52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
