Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Early Careers Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating Assessment Centres, event management, and administrative support for our early careers recruitment and development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Assessment Centres, including candidate and assessor management, production of assessment materials, and candidate query management.
  • Organize and facilitate events, such as careers fairs and Q&A panels.
  • Plan and organize Insight and Internship programmes, including logistical components and administrative support.
  • Provide administrative support with processing invoices, budget tracking, and room/video conference bookings.
  • Track and manage apprentice and graduate performance management reviews.
  • Assist with logistics management and rotations for apprentice and graduate training programmes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in a HR administrative capacity, preferably in Early Careers Coordination or Recruitment Administration. You will be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
