Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best pricing.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Previous experience as a Financial Coordinator in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software and understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:
