Financial Coordinator

BeBee Professionals is seeking a highly organized and analytical Financial Coordinator to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our projects, including estimating costs, preparing budgets, and negotiating contracts with clients and suppliers.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best pricing.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience as a Financial Coordinator in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in financial software and understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on experience.
