Suitability Reports Coordinator Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Suitability Reports Coordinator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. In this role, you will assist in preparing suitability reports, drafting templates, and communicating with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing suitability reports from approved templates
  • Drafting templates for approval
  • Obtaining quotations from providers
  • Processing new business
  • Providing policy information
  • Demonstrating principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all customer dealings
  • Communicating easily understandable recommendations to customers
  • Complying with FCA rules and business procedures
  • Creating compliant client files
  • Supporting high-quality advice and service
  • Completing CPD activity
  • Reporting rule breaches to Senior Management
  • Developing and maintaining high compliance standards

Requirements:

  • FPC or Certificate of Financial Planning qualification (first paper required)

Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
