Key Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Key Operations Coordinator to join our team at Connect2staff. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks, including depot inspections, site inspections, sourcing and ordering of goods, and reporting on incidents.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with customers and the operational teams daily to resolve any concerns, difficulties, or issues, and recording all progress on our CRM system.
- The regular use and updating of our various systems, including a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and Asset Management tool.
- Proficient in using Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively.
