Support and Guidance Specialist

At JCC Greater Boston, we are seeking a dedicated Support and Guidance Specialist to join our team. This is an hourly position with a competitive starting pay rate of $20 per hour.
In this role, you will work closely with our camp leadership to ensure the mental/emotional/social health needs of our staff are met. You will be responsible for building support programs, training staff on how to support themselves and each other, and advocating for staff needs at camp.
This is a full-time, on-site summer role that requires a Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field. Experience as a mental health counselor, social worker, school adjustment counselor, or something similar is also required.
