Clinical Support Specialist

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Omnes Healthcare Limited. As a key member of our Secondary Care clinics, you will be the first point of contact for all patients and visitors, providing a friendly and supportive environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist clinicians in clinic, ensuring seamless patient care and experiences. You will also be responsible for managing stock/supplies, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the clinical and management teams.

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in a client-facing/customer service position is essential, along with a clear thinking and analytical approach.

Key Responsibilities:
