About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Newman Stewart. As a leading provider of Executive Search, Talent Advisory & Psychometric Assessment Services, we are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years sales experience within a B2B services environment, with excellent presentation skills and strong commercial acumen. They will be responsible for driving new sales by identifying and executing new business territory opportunities to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the services used in the construction sector and be able to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with commercial end users, Construction and Re-seller's / System Integrators to ensure sales growth turnover and profit objectives are achieved.
  • Provide solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director to achieve targets and drive new sales.
