Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in residential real estate? We are seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at Vistry North East Midlands, located in Grantham.
About the Role:
- This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key member of our sales team, responsible for leading the sales process with customers and ensuring seamless sales progress.
- You will be the primary contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and exceeding their expectations.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have 5 GCSEs / GCE including Mathematics and English (at C grade or above).
- A Levels in any discipline are also essential.
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing role delivering under pressure is required.
- Generating leads and sales through effective communication and negotiation skills is crucial.
