Job Overview

The Vistry Group is seeking a highly skilled New Homes Sales Consultant to lead the sales process on our development in Grantham, working closely with our site team and supporting the Sales Manager as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the marketing suite, adhering to the customer journey and maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the sales process.
  • Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities, following up all enquiries through telephone communication and targeted marketing literature to optimize business potential.
  • Create engaging sales pitches and tours of the show home and development, negotiating with customers to achieve the best sales outcome for the business.
  • Leverage available technology to drive innovation in generating sales across various environmental and economic conditions.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of Countryside Homes and build progress on your development to ensure every customer is given the opportunity to purchase a new home.
  • Evaluate each sale to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability for the company.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 5 GCSEs / GCE including Mathematics and English (at C grade or above).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, exceptional sales skills, and excellent IT skills with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations, strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • A valid full driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for frequent travel between sites.
