Homes Sales and Business Development Expert

The Vistry Group is seeking a highly skilled New Homes Sales Consultant to lead the sales process on our development in Grantham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive work environment that offers diverse opportunities for career growth and development.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer is given the opportunity to purchase a new home.
- Liaise with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the sales process.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability for the company.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Countryside Homes and build progress on your development.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 5 GCSEs / GCE including Mathematics and English (at C grade or above).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, exceptional sales skills, and excellent IT skills with Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations, strong negotiation and sales skills.
- A valid full driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for frequent travel between sites.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a basic salary of £60,000 per annum, annual bonus, mileage allowance, and private healthcare. The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience and performance.
