The role of Business Development Project Coordinator involves working closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. This will involve developing and maintaining existing client relationships, as well as building new ones through networking and lead generation activities.

The successful candidate will have a background in project management, business development, or a related field. They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and project progress
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and relationship-building activities

In terms of skills and qualifications, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project management, business development, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other business tools

The salary range for this role is between £26,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate can expect a range of benefits, including private healthcare insurance, a cycle-to-work scheme, and other perks.

This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:15pm. The company offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of two days spent in the office and the remainder worked from home.
