New Homes Sales Specialist

This exciting opportunity exists within the Vistry Group, a dynamic and supportive work environment that offers diverse opportunities for career growth and development. As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in leading the sales process on our development in Grantham, working closely with our site team and supporting the Sales Manager as required.
Responsibilities and Expectations- You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the marketing suite, adhering to the customer journey and maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the sales process.
- Proactive sales techniques are essential in this role, where you will need to seek out prospective sales opportunities, follow up all enquiries through telephone communication and targeted marketing literature to optimize business potential.
- Your ability to create engaging sales pitches and tours of the show home and development will be key in negotiating with customers to achieve the best sales outcome for the business.
- You will leverage available technology to drive innovation in generating sales across various environmental and economic conditions.
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of Countryside Homes and build progress on your development will ensure every customer is given the opportunity to purchase a new home.
- Evaluating each sale to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability for the company will be crucial.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is essential.
- 5 GCSEs / GCE including Mathematics and English (at C grade or above) are also required.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets, exceptional sales skills, and excellent IT skills with Microsoft Office tools are necessary.
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations, strong negotiation and sales skills are also essential.
- A valid full driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for frequent travel between sites is required.
