SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our Insurance sales team as a Tenancy Retention and Customer Success Manager. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with customers to sell insurance products through outbound calling, utilizing leads from within the Let Alliance business to make sales and retain business, exceeding sales targets.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of the business, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals. Your positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to adapt to new challenges will make you an excellent fit for this role.
You will have previous customer service experience, although sales experience is not essential. We offer a competitive salary, generous holiday entitlement, and a range of benefits, including access to employee discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, and more.
