Pear Recruitment is a well-established estate agency with a rapidly growing division in North London. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Block Management Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants as a Block Management Specialist. This role involves strategic planning, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of block management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional levels of service to clients
  • Visit sites and ensure contractors attend to work
  • Prepare and issue service charge budgets
  • Complete Section 20 Notices
  • Liaise with internal accounts and utilise specialist property management software
  • Attend AGMs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience in residential block management and a keen eye for detail. You must be used to dealing with clients who require high levels of service and have excellent communication skills.
