About the Opportunity

Capilaux is a well-established and growing property management company, seeking an experienced Block Management Director to join our team. This is a pivotal role within a small, dynamic team managing a portfolio of approximately 350 units.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in block management, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of block management, while playing a critical role in the company's ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of our residential blocks, including maintenance, repairs, and financial oversight.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leaseholders, residents, and contractors, addressing queries and concerns professionally.
  • Manage service charge budgets, issue invoices, and handle financial reporting.
  • Chase overdue balances and manage Section 20 consultations, insurance renewals, and claims.
