At Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, we are seeking an experienced Block Management Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Block and Portfolio Management Accounts team, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios and taking ownership of the financial process from start to finish.

You will report directly to the Senior Portfolio Accountant & Portfolio Account Director. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing annual service charge budgets and ten-year maintenance plans for clients
  • Attending client meetings as required
  • Coding and authorizing supplier invoices daily
  • Reconciling quarterly financial reports and balances for clients/properties
  • Assisting with P11d form preparation for portfolio employees
  • Preparing ground rent reports for freeholders/clients and requesting fund transfers
  • Generating monthly client reports, including computer-generated and bespoke Excel reports
  • Conducting Year-End procedures, including trial balance reports, income & expenditure reports, and section 20b Notices

In this role, you will play a vital part in our client retention strategy by building long-term relationships with clients. We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with additional earning potential and discounts through our company benefits package.
