About the Role

As a Senior Property Manager, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio, ensuring properties are safe, well-maintained, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll be the key contact for clients, providing expert advice and fostering strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, leaseholders, tenants, and contractors.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections, report findings, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Project Oversight: Manage maintenance projects, ensuring they're completed on time and within budget.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare budgets, CAPEX plans, and financial reports; approve invoices and manage billing.
  • Compliance: Produce Health and Safety reports and maintain regulatory documentation.
  • Certification: ATPI (formerly AIRPM) or MTPI (formerly MIRPM).
  • Experience: Strong background in block or estate management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills, proficiency in budgeting, service charges, and financial reporting.

In this role, you'll work hybridly, with two days remote, two days on-site, and one day in-office. This will allow you to strike a perfect balance between your professional and personal life.

We estimate that the salary range for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • ATPI (formerly AIRPM) or MTPI (formerly MIRPM) certification.
  • A strong background in block or estate management.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, service charges, and financial reporting.
