Location: London

Our Client is seeking a Block Property Manager to deliver management services to a portfolio of residential and, where applicable, mixed-use buildings and estates. This role will be the direct interface with the Client/Freeholder and Leaseholders within their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct inspections and provide reports.
  • Finance: Manage budgets and client accounts.
  • Insurance: Oversee building, directors, and officers insurance.
  • Meetings: Attend EGMs, AGMs, directors', and residents' meetings.
  • Correspondence and Administration: Manage correspondence and administer various tasks.
  • Breaches of the Lease: Handle breaches of the lease agreement.
  • Contractors: Manage contractors and their work.
  • Property Sales: Assist with property sales and lease assignments.
  • Complaints: Address complaints and concerns from clients and leaseholders.

Requirements:

  • Motivated by helping others.
  • Highly organized.
  • Articulate and professional.
  • Property experience.
  • Patience and ability to listen.
  • ATPI Qualified (desirable).
  • Abundance of knowledge in leases and legislation.
  • Problem-solving skills.
