Block Management Coordinator

Cotleigh Engineering is seeking a skilled Block Management Coordinator to join our team in North London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing residential blocks, communicating with leaseholders, and coordinating with external stakeholders. About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and organisational skills. You will work closely with our Property Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to the Property Manager.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with leaseholders and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with tradesmen, service providers, and professional advisors to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with property management software and tools.
