Senior Block Management Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Block Manager to join our team at Addition+ in North London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, a Certification in Block Management, and excellent communication and organisational skills. As a Senior Block Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential blocks, overseeing property maintenance and repair works, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers. You will also prepare and manage service charge budgets, conduct regular property inspections, and handle resident inquiries and complaints.
