Job Overview

Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing is a leading manufacturer based in Edinburgh, seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operations team, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

A key aspect of this role will be driving continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing techniques, managing site-wide projects, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the operations team.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in leadership and operations management, ideally with experience in the FMCG sector.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or food science, and a proven track record of delivering business objectives.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career growth and development.
