Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Leader to join our team at YOTEL Edinburgh. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic business relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies.


Job Description


The successful candidate will lead the sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and work closely with revenue management teams to maximise profitability through effective pricing and inventory management.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
  • Analyse sales performance metrics and financial data to make informed decisions and recommendations
  • Presentation of findings, strategies, and recommendations to the wider leadership team

Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry
  • Dynamic and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hotel experience is essential

Salary


We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
