About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our Sales & Business Development team, helping to uncover new business opportunities and generate leads through phone calls, marketing campaigns, social media, and emails.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, track, maintain, and update leads
  • Make outgoing calls to identify and secure new business meetings for BDM
  • Contact prospects to qualify leads and follow up on marketing campaigns
  • Build monthly marketing campaigns to deliver to prospect clients via various marketing methods
  • Research and maintain lead generation database
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Experience with cold calling
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in using CRM and lead monitoring software
  • 2-3 years of experience in Lead Generation is a necessity
  • Experience within an MSP or IT environment would be a major advantage but not necessary for the right candidate
  • MUST have checkable references
