We are recruiting an Academic Teaching Associate to join our team at Randstad Staffing in Cambridge. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs, helping them access the curriculum and engage in learning activities.

About the Position:

  • Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and provide individualized instruction to students with SEN
  • Assist students with tasks, ensure they can access the curriculum effectively, and promote a positive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create individualized learning plans for students with SEN

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable)
  • A passion for promoting academic success, social-emotional growth, and behavioral well-being among students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, teachers, and parents

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 to £32,000 per year, opportunities for professional development and training, and a supportive work environment.
