Cambridge-based Teaching Personnel seeks an accomplished Quality Lead to drive educational excellence in its Sixth Form College.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead quality assurance efforts, drive strategic growth, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leads quality assurance initiatives, including lesson evaluations, self-assessment, and curriculum reviews.
  • Develops and implements evidence-based quality improvement strategies.
  • Collaborates closely with academics and administrators to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Interprets performance data to inform strategic decisions and drive progress.
  • Mentors teaching staff, promoting a culture of professional growth and accountability.
  • Prepares and presents reports to senior leaders and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or academic leadership roles, preferably in education.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance frameworks, especially in post-16 education.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
  • Ability to analyse complex data sets and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with current regulatory standards and best practices in education.
  • Desirable: Teaching qualification and relevant degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Able to start in January 2025 or sooner, with a flexible and proactive attitude.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £25,918 - £39,004, dependent on experience.
