Director of Farm Business

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to lead our farm business operations in Cambridge and Norwich. As the Director of Farm Business, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and leading our thriving farm business departments.

About the Role:

  • Lead the Cambridge and Norwich farm business departments and drive growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Foster relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities to expand our service lines.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and PR strategies to grow team profiles and increase local client relationships.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to department members, identifying skill gaps and recruitment opportunities as needed.
  • Maintain the department's financial performance and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in farm consultancy or management, with a strong track record of driving growth and expansion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and drive growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Experience in financial performance management and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members, identifying skill gaps and recruitment opportunities as needed.

Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader with excellent business acumen and a proven track record of success.
