The Company:

We are a leading manufacturer of medical training products for healthcare professionals and students worldwide.

The Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a territory and developing strong relationships with existing customers. You will also be expected to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a territory of existing customers and develop strong relationships to drive sales growth

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them

Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to achieve sales targets

Benefits:

Salary up to £40k-£55k

Additional 30% Bonus based on your basic salary paid quarterly

Requirements:

Proven track sales record, ideally with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience

Medical sales background or a medical/science degree with sales experience

Ability to manage a territory and develop strong relationships with customers

Flair, a go-getter attitude, hungry to drive business, driven, and passionate

Full UK driving licence

Willingness to cover London/South East/East Anglia and East Midlands region
