Regional Sales Manager

Our client, a highly successful and progressive company, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in developing sales through a distributor network within automotive factors, agriculture dealers, tool shops, or industrial dealers.
The role reports into the Regional Manager, with opportunities for progression within the company. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, acquiring new business, and maintaining and developing client relations.
Duties:
- Visiting distribution prospects and customers to develop the area
- Prospecting new accounts and presenting products and sales promotions to distributors
- Providing sales training to distributor sales teams and seeking new distributors
- Capturing competitive information and managing diary
- Compiling reports and keeping up to date with industry changes/technology
- Working to sales targets and attending sales meetings
