Business Development Manager

Job Description:
The role of an Account Director is a key position within the Exertis organization, focusing on developing and working with large system integrators and builders in the Components area. This executive-level role is responsible for driving business growth by delivering results against set targets, identifying opportunities for expansion, and building tailored business plans for each customer.
This leadership position requires a strong ability to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing business plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and new clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
