About the Role
At proAV Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Audio-Visual Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering globally consistent and supportable technology solutions and services to key customers worldwide.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Business Manager and use an end-to-end consultative approach to generate sales for Audio Visual systems through developing and maintaining client relationships and expanding our current client base.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per annum, plus benefits, to attract top talent in this field.
In this exciting opportunity, you will exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine a customer's visual collaboration needs. You will develop quotations and bid responses, work with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation, establish professional relationships with manufacturer sales and sales engineering personnel, and actively use internal databases Microsoft Dynamics to complete client contact information, provide detailed notes, and track pending activities.
You will also follow up on leads within a timely manner, represent proAV at technological trade shows and events, participate in training and professional development activities as prescribed by management, assist with strategic activities/target growth, and liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure technical knowledge is gained to provide comprehensive consultancy.
