Strategic Account Manager

Account Strategy and Growth
As a key member of the Gartner team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account strategies to drive growth and revenue for major regional accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of client business strategies, drivers, goals, and initiatives, as well as the ability to translate these into Gartner selling opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and direct account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage Gartner's expertise and resources to drive account growth.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably in high technology sectors.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to develop effective presentations.
- Language requirements as determined by territory needs.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's or advanced degree a plus.
