About the Job

We are seeking a driven, talented, and experienced education programs technical trainer to implement a global, world-class multi-level AWS software development engineer education program. This role will deliver a defined curriculum program for tenured technical learners on their journey to become software development engineers.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in a training role, preferably technical training for software development engineering. Advanced knowledge of various programming languages and associated tools, as well as software development concepts, is required.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize best practices in adult learning theory to facilitate interactive class discussions/activities, answer learner questions, and provide personalized guidance.
  • Provide continuous feedback on course materials to keep pace with the rapid evolution of software development methodologies, languages, and tools.
  • Collaborate with the Tech U team to review and refine training content, lesson plans, coding challenges, instructional video, and hands-on experiences.
  • Foster a strong sense of community among learners by encouraging collaboration, providing encouragement, and creating an inclusive learning environment.
