Dream Medical is recruiting a highly skilled Pathways Trainer and Educator to join its team in White City, West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and comply with regulatory requirements.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a deep understanding of NHS 111 services and a proven track record in training and education. You should also be able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for NHS 111 staff, including clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Work closely with the 111 Lead Trainer to develop and implement Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.

**Salary and Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary (£55,000 - £70,000) depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Interviews are flexible and can be arranged at short notice.
