We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer/Legal IT Trainer/IT Technology Trainer to join our team at DGH Recruitment Ltd. in London, offering a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions, including face-to-face and virtual classrooms, one-on-one training, floor walking, labs, and personal consulting sessions.
  • Design and develop engaging learning courseware and end-user documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create eLearning modules that meet project requirements and support business-as-usual learning initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, administrative processes, and customer interactions.
  • Foster strong relationships with the IT Learning & Development team, other IT departmental teams, and customers.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record of delivering successful training programs in a similar environment.
  • Expertise in developing eLearning modules using Articulate or Captivate.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 and related legal applications.
  • Familiarity with iManage document management system applications.
  • Strong technical skills in Windows 10, mobile devices, and communication systems.
  • Relevant training certification (ATD, TAP, or TPMA) or equivalent.
