Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, people-centric, international law firm as an IT Trainer based in the London office. You will work closely with the team of trainers and the Global IT Training Manager to deliver outstanding IT training and support for all lawyers and business support staff.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Office 365 applications, Windows 10/11, iManage, and billing tools like Elite Webview/Elite 3E. They will also have experience with tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Synthesia, and CRMs like InterAction.

The salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role is based in London, with a hybrid work arrangement of 2-3 days in-office per week.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality IT training programs to support the needs of the business.
  • Work closely with the team of trainers and the Global IT Training Manager to evolve IT training services.
  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with handouts, eLearning modules, and schedules.
  • Identify training gaps through workshops, surveys, and gap analysis, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Design new training courses and develop comprehensive training materials.
  • Advertise courses, schedule sessions, and monitor attendance.
