About the Job

We are recruiting an HR Administrator to join our team, providing critical support to our HR department. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective management of HR systems and processes.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Process payroll and benefits, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, as required
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, as needed

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
