HR Administrator

Dalkia UK seeks a skilled HR Administrator to provide efficient and professional support for our HR team. This role involves a mix of remote and office work at the Birmingham Business Park.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an accurate, efficient, and customer-focused administrative service. Key duties include being a point of contact for HR queries, maintaining several HR mailboxes, processing high volumes of data via systems and Excel spreadsheets, and working closely with Payroll to report new starters, absence, changes, and leaver information.
Key Requirements
* Previous administration experience within a busy environment
* Experienced in high-volume administration/processing, working to tight deadlines
* Competent in Microsoft Office - inc. Excel
* Proactive, 'can-do' approach
* Strong numerical ability
* Ability to work confidentially and maintain confidentiality
* Customer-focused with a strong track record of exceeding customer requirements
