Administrative HR Support Professional

Job Summary:
">We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Birmingham City Centre. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the HR shared service mailbox, responding to general HR queries, processing payroll, and undertaking employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage the HR shared service mailbox, ensuring all queries are logged and assigned within SLA.
- Respond to general HR queries relating to HR processes, payroll, benefits, expenses, and HR policies.
- Process payroll accurately and in line with deadlines.
- Support on data inputting required to ensure employees are paid within contractual timeframes.
- Undertake employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting background checks.
Requirements:
">- Experience within an HR administration role or strong generalist administration experience.
- Excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment with minimum supervision.
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Salary and Benefits:
">The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including hybrid working and opportunities for professional development.
