Job Description:
Care Through The Millennium is a leading provider of residential care and supported living services for vulnerable adults. We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our HR team at Primrose Hill Farm.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and efficient individual to provide administrative support to the HR department, with a focus on recruitment, data management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, data entry, and document scanning. You will also support the payroll department as required and liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in HR administration, excellent IT skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
