About the Role

GKN Aerospace is seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist to join our team. As an HR Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our HR systems, including SuccessFactors. You will work closely with our Global Business Process Owners to gather functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain HR systems, including SuccessFactors
  • Work with Global Business Process Owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions designs
  • Lead technical solution development and provide BAU support
  • Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for technical and business suitability
  • Deliver design workshops and blend technologies to create leading practice end2end process solutions and user experience
  • Test and verify system functionality within new and existing systems and solutions
  • Document specifications and design, manage end2end UAT activity, and support integration design, development, and implementation efforts between HR systems and other business applications
  • Deal with defects, issues, and errors, and ensure IT security requirements are observed and designed into future demand/requirements
  • Liaise with external parties, such as consultants, software vendors, and auditors, as required
  • Support implementation of upgrades and/or enhancements to existing solutions and ensure the integrity and availability of applications and solutions across the application portfolio

Requirements

  • Proven and recent experience in supporting or leading an implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in at least one module
  • Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module, ideally Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, or Compensation
  • Ability to work with internal customers to provide support, guidance, and influence, and lead change impacts and build networks within the business
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline, and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze cause and effect relationships
  • Proactive approach to proposing solutions and self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented
