SF Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Administrator to join their team. This pivotal role combines advanced data management and traditional HR responsibilities, making it a highly strategic position.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. HR Systems Superuser:
    1. Become the expert on the HR system, managing and improving its processes.
    2. Analyse HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    3. Generate HR-related reports that will support decision-making for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
  2. Data Analysis & Reporting:
    1. Leverage advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in tools such as:
    2. PowerBI for data visualisation and interactive reports.
    3. Visio for process mapping and visualisation of HR systems or processes.
  3. HR Administration:
    1. Oversee routine HR administrative tasks, including:
    2. Administering recruitment processes, such as coordinating right-to-work and CRB checks.
  4. Collaboration with Leadership:
    1. Work closely with the SLT, communicating data-driven insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  1. Advanced Excel and Data Skills: The role demands someone highly proficient in Excel, especially with experience in PowerBI, Power Automate, and Visio.
  2. HR Administration Experience: Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR documentation (contracts, compliance checks, etc.).
  3. Passion for Data and HR: Genuine enthusiasm for using data to drive HR improvements.

This is a well-rounded role for someone who enjoys balancing technical, analytical, and administrative duties, and thrives in a dynamic HR environment.
