Strategic HR Systems Administrator

SF Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Administrator to join their team. This pivotal role combines advanced data management and traditional HR responsibilities, making it a highly strategic position.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Systems Superuser:
- Become the expert on the HR system, managing and improving its processes.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate HR-related reports that will support decision-making for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Leverage advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in tools such as:
- PowerBI for data visualisation and interactive reports.
- Visio for process mapping and visualisation of HR systems or processes.
- HR Administration:
- Oversee routine HR administrative tasks, including:
- Administering recruitment processes, such as coordinating right-to-work and CRB checks.
- Collaboration with Leadership:
- Work closely with the SLT, communicating data-driven insights.
- Advanced Excel and Data Skills: The role demands someone highly proficient in Excel, especially with experience in PowerBI, Power Automate, and Visio.
- HR Administration Experience: Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR documentation (contracts, compliance checks, etc.).
- Passion for Data and HR: Genuine enthusiasm for using data to drive HR improvements.
This is a well-rounded role for someone who enjoys balancing technical, analytical, and administrative duties, and thrives in a dynamic HR environment.
