We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Castle Fine Art. This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As an HR Administrator, you will be based at our state-of-the-art Head Office in Birmingham. You will provide critical support for the Employee lifecycle, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our HR systems and serving as the primary point of contact for users. You will also manage our HR shared directories and files, effectively handling incoming HR-related queries and escalating when necessary.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain entry-level experience within a HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of administration support for the Employee lifecycle (new starters, onboarding, change of terms, absence, offboarding etc.)
  • Administration of probation and review processes through our HR system
  • Confidently provide training administration when required
  • Respond to HR requests in a timely manner, escalating when necessary
  • Management of HR shared directories/files/folders on the IT system
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks and support with HR project work as and when required

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office
  • Good standard of written English
  • Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work towards monthly deadlines
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good communication / interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective working relationships
