About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist to join our team at GKN Aerospace. As an HR Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our HR systems, including SuccessFactors, WorkZone for HR, and Qualtrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain HR systems, including SuccessFactors, WorkZone for HR, and Qualtrics
  • Develop and deliver training programs for users and administrators
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving for HR systems
  • Collaborate with Global Business Process Owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Lead technical solution development and provide BAU support

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supporting or leading an implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in at least one module
  • Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module, ideally Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, or Compensation
  • Ability to work with internal customers to provide support, guidance, and influence
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
